As a former COO at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), she built and scaled a global data and analytics division with P&L responsibility and spearheaded innovative HR initiatives—including designing the firm’s first contingent workforce center of excellence, leading enterprise-wide digital transformations and a major effort to elevate the employee value proposition.
A certified executive coach, Chris champions a people-first approach to change, blending her operational expertise with a passion for leadership development. Beyond consulting on corporate strategy, HR, operations and systems rollout, she also advises nonprofits focused on youth empowerment, education, and literacy.
