Bernardo has thirty-five years of professional experience, with over twenty-five in management consulting, having worked at leading firms such as McKinsey, Bain, and Alvarez & Marsal. He has supported Brazilian and multinational companies across sectors including private equity, transportation & logistics, healthcare, agribusiness, telecommunications, and energy.
Bernardo has led projects focused on strategy definition and implementation, operational optimization, financial restructuring, governance, and M&A.
In 2013, he founded OrangeOne Advisors, a consulting firm dedicated to providing continuous support to clients, fostering long-term, trust-based relationships.
His executive experience includes serving as president of a family holding company within Camargo Corrêa and leading the Food BU at Assolan. He has managed teams of up to 500 people, with four direct reports.
Bernardo also served as a board member and strategy committee member at Grupo Bamaq (R$1 billion in revenue) from 2021 to 2023.
He holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from ITA – Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (São José dos Campos, 1991), an MBA from INSEAD (Fontainebleau, 1997), board director certification from IBGC (2015), and ESG specialization from IBGC (2022).
Bernardo is also an angel investor and member of the startup selection team at the INSEAD Angels Alumni Association Brazil.
