After starting his career in commercial banking, Sylvain joined the Paris office of McKinsey, where he led missions in the FMCG, retail, leisure, electronics and metallurgy sectors. Recruited Kinsfisher group for its French subsidiary Brico Dépôt, he was first in charge of launching operational excellence programs throughout the EDLP brand’s network, then of setting up its E2E supply chain. Then, he joined the Air Liquide group and took over Supply Chain management at Seppic (Specialty Chemistry for cosmetics and pharmaceuticals). In 2012, he embarked on an entrepreneurial project (software) which he interrupted after two years, and then started his freelance activity, working as a consultant or as an interim manager.
