Since 2000 Kimberley has advised CEOs, Government Ministers, private sector leaders and people seeking to achieve systemic change in the way the global economy accounts for nature and climate risk, and organizes to achieve net zero.
Following a senior executive career in government, Kimberley was an Associate Partner (Client Development) in infrastructure, sustainability, energy and public sector practices at McKinsey (2019 – 2024).
She established Riffle Advisory as she is passionate about helping leaders who are working towards net zero, and a more sustainable future for the world. She serves as a leadership coach, Board and CEO reviewer, and a Senior Advisor to others leading client facing projects in the energy/ nature transitions. She also serves on the Board of a mixed-portfolio electricity generator in Australia, and founded a not-for-profit ‘the Lucinda Alliance’ to catalyse private sector action for sustainability in the lead up to Brisbane 2032 Olympics and Paralympics.
