Jan Starrsjö spent 7 years with McKinsey in the Scandinavian office and 1 year in Los Angeles, CA, USA. The work included corporate strategy, profit improvement programs, sales effectiveness, and product development. Since then, Jan has spent 23 years with PostNord holding senior executive positions whereof the last 6 years as member of the Group Executive team with group strategy as key role.
Jan spent much time on developing solutions for the eCommerce customers. Other roles include sustainability, business-, sales-, network-, digital channels and operations development and group HR. PostNord is the leading parcel and mail distribution company present in all four Nordic countries. For 3 years Jan led a small venture capital firm investing in early stages of logistics start-ups.
He lives in Stockholm, Sweden with his wife. Has two children who are on their way to form their own families. Jan is happy to support clients on postal/parcel/logistics restructuring and operational improvements primarily in Europe.
