As a strategist at Bain & Company, Linsly was recruited to found the Los Angeles office working with media, entertainment and consumer retail leaders. As a manager, she left Bain to found her first venture (successful exit sold to JoAnn Fabrics and Crafts) – with Bain as a seed investor. Linsly specializes in profitably scaling ventures by mapping and delivering consumer delight to high value business metrics.
