Tim Seddon

Tim is a top-tier senior strategy/transformation leader with a 25+ year track record of working with executive and leadership teams to create value and improve performance. He has a blue-chip consulting background (Principal at Bain and OC&C Strategy Consultants) backed up by a further 10+ years leading an independent consulting business, working closely with clients in mixture of interim, advisory and consulting roles

He has successfully worked with a wide range of clients from start-up, though mid-sized Private Equity and privately owned, to leading publicly quoted enterprises. His core industries are Retail, Consumer Goods, Telecoms, Financial Services and Private Equity (pre/post-deal). However, throughout my career he has worked effectively across a wide range of sectors including Utilities, Transport, Logistics, Professional Services, Mining, Leisure/Travel and Manufacturing. Specialties include growth strategy, business and product/brand portfolio strategy, business/opportunity development, proposition design and pricing. He is also experienced in driving transformation and implementation: including planning, programme leadership and management, and results monitoring.

He is comfortable working across senior stakeholders, including SLTs/Excos, board, and investors. Geographically I have operated across Europe, in the USA and Canada, as well as the Middle East and South Africa.

In his spare time, he competes with varying degrees of success in cyclo-cross, time trials, cross-country, and triathlons/Ironman.
