A former McKinsey consultant, I have more than a decade of experience in spearheading teams to manage large-scale strategic programs and transformations. I have enjoyed being a jack of all trades in my career, yet over time I developed deep expertise in (1) Post Merger Integrations and divestitures (2) Supply chain and operations strategy, including S&OP and Manufacturing and distribution network design.
After McKinsey, I worked in the mobility industry (DiDi and Bird Scooters) working on strategic initiatives to drive profitability and growth. In the last year, I have pivoted as an independent consultant working on post merger integrations / divestitures, supply chain strategy projects, and in setting up and leading PMOs for transformation projects.
I have two Masters degrees – from MIT and Georgia Tech.
