Update your contact info on all of your alumni sites. So, that means if your college has an alumni site with contact info, update it there. Your grad school, from the business school, med school, law school, update your information there. If you’ve worked at a firm, like a consulting firm that has an alumni website, update your information there.
You want to make sure that you have your phone number, your email, your current address. If they have a photograph on those sites, the current photo. And most importantly, (a) description of what you’re doing today.
You want to be findable by alumni…not necessarily going to be your major source of traffic, but there may be an alum who has heard of you, who remembers you, looking you up. And you want them to be able to contact you.
