This one is really minor. It’s a little bit of a pet peeve of mine. You’ve got your brand and email. Now create an email signature with your phone number.  Set that up on your web browser version of your email, as well as on your phone. Include your phone number in there, in every email you send out. I can’t tell you how many times I receive an email from someone saying, “Hey, I’d love to have a call with you.” And then, they don’t include their phone number.

That’s bad enough, but there have been lots of times where I have wanted to call an independent consultant that I know with a project opportunity. But I couldn’t reach that person, because I didn’t have their phone number. Maybe I have their email, but when things are moving quickly, you just go on to the next person. And I’m sure that happens with clients as well.

You want clients to have your phone number so that they can call you. Include your phone number at the bottom of every email that you send out. And the easiest way to do that is just to set up an email signature.
