In addition to using a password protection tool such as LastPass, or OnePass, and having a secure password, you also ought to set up now . . . two-step verification.
With G Suite, that’s very easy. Just Google G Suite two-step verification and you can set that up. That way, when you log onto a new machine, you’ll get a text message from Google and you put that text message into the email program, it allows you to log on. You don’t have to do that every time you open up the browser and log on, just the first time on a new machine.
Same thing on your phone. It’ll ask. You’ll have to re-log in to your phone and you’ll get a text message. Put that in there and then you’re good to go. You don’t have to keep redoing it. That is currently recommended by security experts. It’s one extra step. So, even if a hacker does steal your password, they wouldn’t be able to log into your email, because they won’t be able to get that code.
