The list of virtual team members that we’ve discussed so far is just the beginning and by no means exhaustive. Depending on what your needs are and what types of things you’re doing, you might hire an event planner, a photographer, a videographer, an audio engineer, a map designer. Someone to design surveys for you. Someone to go do store visits. So the list goes on.
Always be asking other independent professionals, “Who have you hired? What types of things have you outsourced? Who else do you have on your virtual team?” Be looking for recommendations and referrals.
One of the core things that we do as an independent professional is to assemble this virtual team. That’s one of the best ways that we can deliver value for our clients. So as you go through your day-to-day, always be looking for other folks that you might add to your virtual team.
