Description of approach:

I help executives navigate and negotiate change in their careers. I focus on process and execution in the belief that self-knowledge and its  consequent grasp of “where to go” and “what to do” come less from introspection, testing, or discussion with mentors and advisors in the executive’s inner circle, and more from the crucible of the market outside of the executive’s “comfort zone”. The work is done by the client; I provide counsel and support from the experience of having seen what 5,000 other executives have done in varied sectors, industries, and roles across six continents in the past 34 years.

Structure:

One-hour audit interview to determine if, and how, I can help the client executive. All services I provide are organized around the client’s unique starting-point and needs They range from 1-3 sessions to address a specific problem, through retainers for “on call” as-needed support, to structured programs with milestones and reviews over several months.
