Structure: 

Career coaching can be structured into a la carte meetings to fill minor gaps, or a 2-3 month program to develop one’s story, on-line presence and search strategy. In cases where a great level of support is required, I would refer the client to a partner who can also provide group and peer support in a multi-faceted program.
