Ideal client:
My ideal clients are strong performers—leaders who are purposeful, ambitious, and open to meaningful development, and who appreciate having a trusted partner to support their continued evolution. I work across industries, including healthcare, technology, financial services, early-stage startups, advertising and consulting firms, government agencies, nonprofits, and higher education.
At the heart of my work is a passion for supporting leaders and teams who aspire to lead with clarity and integrity. I help clients identify and anchor into their values, confidently navigate transitions or new environments, elevate emotional intelligence and executive presence, and pursue empowered, transformative career pivots. My role is to be both a champion and a thought partner—someone who helps bring forward the fullest, most authentic expression of who they are and who they’re becoming.
Description of approach:
I don’t use a standardized approach; all of my work—and the work of the coaches on my team—is fully customized to the individual or organization. I spend meaningful time getting to know each leader through a blend of 1:1 conversations, a self-assessment, and 360 interviews. From there, we debrief themes, surface blind spots, and translate insights into two to three coaching goals that guide our work together over the next 6–12 months. When applicable, I also partner with the leader’s manager or HR business partner at the start and conclusion of the engagement to ensure alignment and continuity. Beyond this structure, my commitment is to partner with you to bring your full self forward and support you in becoming the leader you most want to be.
Additional Links:
In addition to my coaching work, I serve as a tenured instructor in the Heidrick & Struggles Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance Level 2 Certification Program, delivered at Rutgers, American, and North Carolina State universities. In this role, I not only teach and mentor emerging coaches, but also lead content development and alumni engagement, designing strategic programming to foster an ongoing community of practice.
Structure:
I typically recommend partnering with a leader for six to twelve months, as that timeframe creates the depth and continuity needed for meaningful, sustainable change. Engagements generally include bi-weekly sessions and follow the structure outlined above, while leaving room for the natural evolution of the work. And, as with all aspects of my practice, I’m committed to collaborating with you and your organization to shape a format that truly fits your needs and context.
