I partner with high-performing leaders at the intersection of strategy, human psychology, and spiritual laws, guiding them to accelerate their growth not just at a professional level, but at an identity-level. Drawing on my academic background at Columbia University and NYU’s Stern School of Business, 15+ career in private equity and corporate strategy, and deep understanding of leadership development, I blend the laws of business strategy and ancient wisdom to supercharge your path.

My approach is integrative and multi-layered: grounded in proven psychology and neuroscience, fused with ancient wisdom, and informed by subconscious work that dissolves limiting beliefs, old patterns, wounds, and emotional blocks. In this way, I link IQ + EQ + SQ, integrating where intellect meets emotions, strategy meets intuition, vision meets inner clarity, ambition meets purpose, and success meets fulfilment.

We will work across four dimensions:

Strategic (Thinking): sharpening long-term vision, strategic planning, decision making, and accountability to reach goals
Somatic (Feeling): cultivating self-awareness, processing emotions, communicating needs/boundaries, and stress management
