Typical clients are exploring their next career step, redefining their professional identity after many years in one organization, or preparing for a broader or more senior role.

Description of approach:

I combine a structured, strengths-based approach with pragmatic, outcome-oriented support. We start by clarifying goals, context and constraints, then map realistic career scenarios and “target roles”. I work extensively with CliftonStrengths where helpful and offer an optional, 90-minute strengths-based assessment at no extra charge as part of the engagement. From there, we sharpen the professional story (CV, LinkedIn, narrative) and design a concrete networking and market approach that aligns role, strengths and personal priorities. My style is direct, supportive and pragmatic, with a strong focus on decisions and next steps.

Structure:

I usually begin with a complimentary 30-minute chemistry call to ensure a good mutual fit and to clarify the client’s situation and goals. After that, I offer both a la carte sessions (typically 90–120 minutes) and tailored packages, for example a series of sessions over several weeks or months, designed around the client’s decision timeline and objectives. All sessions are usually held virtually and scheduled around a demanding executive calendar.

Fees:

Standard rate: €250 per hour (net), plus VAT where applicable. Package pricing can be agreed once needs and scope are clear.
