Ideal client:

Exhausted software engineer professionals with 10+ years experience who want to quit their toxic job and figure out an aligned next career step. Typically in their 40s, married and with children.

Description of approach:

Ontological based coaching focused on investigating how clients think, their mindsets, and how that relates to actions that stop them from what they want in their career.

Structure: 

For 1:1 clients, 4 1 hour calls per month, typically for a period of 4-6 months.
Group coaching clients, 90 day program, 12 weeks of weekly calls with at least 1 1:1 call.

Fees:

$1,600/month for 1:1 (with a 10% discount if full pay), $5,000 for group coaching ($3,600 for founding cohort starting February 2026)
