Or you could conduct a more holistic diagnostic by extracting the most relevant questions from the interview guides included in each chapter.
Once you’ve conducted a cultural diagnostic and understand the current state, the next step is to consider to what degree the current culture supports (or hinders) the strategy of the organization.
And if there are gaps between the culture and the strategy, develop a plan to shift the culture.
