It has ranged from setting up a new shipyard for a conglomerate to developing e-commerce net revenue management strategy for multiple product categories of global consumer goods company. I have also done multiple project management work including that for one of India’s leading steel manufacturer by supporting their capacity expansion plan, supporting a real estate business to implement initiatives that help them reduce cost, improve cash flow and grow sales.
I have also worked for electrical goods company on their 5-year growth plan (GTM), portfolio planning strategy for passenger vehicle OEM, acquisition of pharma company, performing due diligence of European steel company, identifying new business opportunities for an Indian conglomerate, etc.
