“With over 25 years of experience, Delph has navigated both sides of digital disruption, adept at developing compelling product experiences, driving operational improvements, and designing innovative digital strategies for public, private, and start-up companies.
Currently, Delph serves as an Operating Partner at Archer Capital, a growth equity firm. Previously, he served as Partner and Managing Director of Boston Consulting Group X’s Division (formerly Digital Ventures). At BCG, he led X’s North American operations, marketing, product development, talent procurement, and digital growth, while also sitting on their Global Operating Committee.
His career includes leadership roles at influential companies such as Burberry, Twentieth Century Fox, and Verizon, where he developed businesses that significantly impacted the digital age. Delph is a strong, motivational leader with experience managing engineering and service-based organizations of over 1,000 people and with annual revenues exceeding $500 million. He also works extensively with private equity firms to drive positive outcomes for their portfolio companies.
Delph has led his own consulting firm focused on digital transformation since 2010.”
