Vincent spent 2.5 years as a Consultant at BCG, where he worked on large-scale strategy and transformation projects across supply chain, consumer goods, and telecom.
Since 2024, he has been running his own independent consulting practice, supporting global corporations and high-growth startups on growth strategy, PMO, and organizational transformation.
Vincent has particular expertise in driving efficiency in complex organizations and helping early-stage founders structure their go-to-market.
He is also a novel writer and a dancing enthusiast. He lives in Paris, France, and he’s an avid traveler prepared for a move either to the U.S. or the U.A.E.
