Vik is a former Partner at McKinsey & Company. He spent 13 years at the firm across the Charlotte, New York, Toronto, and Melbourne offices. His work primarily focused on the digital banking space. He co-led the firm’s Leap practice for the banking group, where he worked with banking clients to build new Fintech startup businesses.
Vik lives in Charlotte, NC with his wife and toddler son. After a 2-year sabbatical to spend time with his newborn son, he’s exploring independent consulting, fractional roles, and board opportunities.
