After starting his career at McKinsey, he held senior roles at Robert Bosch GmbH, where he led complex global carve-outs, large-scale restructuring programs, and high-impact M&A initiatives. In 2024, Thorsten founded THe Consulting Power, continuing his mission to guide organizations through transformation with clarity, confidence, and a hands-on mindset.
