He has successfully guided clients through comprehensive strategic pivots, large scale transformation programs, re-imagining customer engagement, re-engineering business processes and operating models in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. With a strong foundation in software engineering, he can effectively bridge the gap between business and technology, fostering robust partnerships and facilitating change management to maximize success.
Before going independent Swaraj worked with clients across North America, primarily in the Retail and Financial Services vertical. His consulting experience includes working at BCG, Deloitte, and most recently at Publicis Sapient where he was a Principal. He is based out of Toronto, Canada and lives with his wife and two children.”
