Susan is a strategic project management and learning leader with over 15 years of experience designing and delivering executive education and talent development programs for Fortune 500 companies, consulting firms, and global organizations. She partners with senior leaders to align initiatives with strategy, streamline operations, and deliver measurable impact.
Most recently, Susan served as Project Director at Duke Corporate Education, where she led multi-million-dollar global leadership initiatives, advised executives, and directed cross-functional teams to ensure successful program delivery. Previously at McKinsey & Company, she managed client-facing executive programs, developed operational playbooks, and supported senior partners in scaling leadership development solutions worldwide. Her earlier career includes managing large-scale training events for Capital One University, where she coordinated seamlessly with business stakeholders.
With expertise in project management, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and stakeholder engagement, Susan is recognized as a trusted advisor who brings structure, clarity, and results to complex challenges. She holds a Master’s degree from Villanova University and a Bachelor’s degree from Meredith College.
