After seven years in strategy consulting—first at McKinsey & Company, then at PwC—and time in investment banking, she founded DMOS Collective, an award-winning outdoor gear company. She built the brand from concept to international distribution, securing partnerships with Toyota and Navy SEALs before successfully exiting.
Today, Susan specializes in profit transformation and operational scaling for consumer product and service companies in the $2-20M revenue range. Her expertise spans brand and digital marketing, product development, engineering and supply chain management, and AI-automation for scaling operations. She has deep domain expertise in private equity and venture capital, and serves as Fractional COO for BizTrip.AI, an AI startup backed by Andrew Ng’s AI Fund, while advising multiple venture-backed companies on scaling and growth as well as mindset coaching.
A six-time Rebelle Rally competitor who achieved a podium finish in the 1,500-mile off-road navigation challenge, Susan embodies her consulting philosophy: you can’t control conditions, only your response. Based in Park City as an empty-nester, she’s now setting her sights on mountaineering with plans to summit four 6000 meter peaks.
