Simon is a biotech entrepreneur and dealmaker with two decades of experience driving innovation from discovery to clinical proof-of-concept. Swiss-born and Paris-based, he has founded, led and reshaped early-stage companies across neurodegeneration, immuno-oncology, microbiome science and anti-infectives.
He is the founder and CEO of a stealth-mode startup developing a molecular glue degrader platform, and runs CSB Consulting, which advises EU & US investors on investment and NewCo opportunities, and provides part-time / interim CBO, COO and CEO level leadership to biotech & medtech companies.
Previously, Simon led Neurophoenix and Diotheris, securing financing, executing strategic pivots, building teams and co-inventing platform IP. Earlier, he held senior roles at Enterome—overseeing partnerships with Takeda, BMS and Nestlé—and at Sanofi, negotiating complex licensing and divestment deals. He began his career at the Boston Consulting Group.
Simon holds a PhD in Cellular and Molecular Biology from Université Paris V, is trilingual in German, English and French, and has run several marathons. Deeply integrated in the European healthcare innovation ecosystem, he brings a rare blend of scientific, strategic and operational leadership to breakthrough biotech ventures.
