Shruti has 18 years of leadership experience in industrials, manufacturing, packaging, and materials sectors across 25+ countries (and 5 continents). She has done everything from writing high level strategy to literally working at the coalface. Her background spans 9 years at McKinsey and another nine in packaging companies (Avery Dennison and Schoeller Allibert) and her ability to pivot from working with F500 companies to PE-owned SMEs and startups.
She thrives in “structured chaos” (the scale is definitely a sliding one) and is excited about working at the difficult intersections of functions – commercial and operations, innovation and business, sustainability and markets.
