Umbrex is pleased to welcome Ryan Dipede with RPMD Advisory. Ryan is a former-BCG and McKinsey consultant with 20+ years corporate strategy, operations and M&A experience. Post BCG, Ryan served as Chief of Staff to the CEO and then Chief Operating Office at Bridgewater Associates, the world’s largest hedge fund.

Ryan then went back to consulting, as an independent, advising Pfizer for 4 years as the Global Chair for their Optionality initiative to split the company and create a $100Bn new publicly listed company. Ryan then joined Genioo, a life sciences focused advisory firm founded by McKinsey alumni, leading their Client Services business in the US and managing their 1,500 person global network.

Ryan has been a problem-solver for some of the world’s most complex and challenging corporate issues / transformations, and an advisor to Private Equity and Corporate clients on ~30 healthcare transactions across USA, Europe, Asia. Ryan is an internationally experienced/globally minded strategic thinker (exp. in 5 countries, ~25 Fortune 500 firms).

Ryan splits his time between New York and Toronto, with his wife and son.
