During his tenure of ~10 years at McKinsey, Rut worked across industries and geographies, leveraging best practices from mature organizations to drive impactful change. His cross-sector experience enables him to bring innovative, scalable, and pragmatic solutions to solve key business problems using technology. Rut has led design and implementation of 20+ tech transformations (including 10 Fortune 500 organizations), resulting in a 30%-70% reduction in time to market, a 20%-40% increase in team productivity, and a boost in employee engagement.
He is adept at leading cross-functional teams, integrating new technologies, and unifying enterprise-wide initiatives to drive sustained innovation and growth. Prior to McKinsey, Rut worked at TCS and Wipro, gaining hands-on experience that allows him to develop strategies grounded in real-world execution.
He holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), one of India’s premier management institutions.
