Rashmi specializes in time-critical transformations at high-stakes inflection points—post-merger integration, cash crunch, change of control, exit prep, or accelerating value creation. She works with $100M-$1B companies in labor and asset-heavy businesses—particularly manufacturing, supply chain, transportation, and logistics—with deep private equity experience in post-acquisition turnarounds and exit preparation.
Rashmi combines operational and commercial fixes with organizational work that makes transformation stick. She designs operating models aligned to strategic goals, rebuilds leadership teams, coaches executives into bigger roles, and installs cadences and incentive structures for cross-functional execution. A former McKinsey Associate Partner, she brings strategy and turnaround experience from Equity Group Investments (Sam Zell’s firm), where she led due diligence and value creation, plus Wayfair and FourKites.
She translates between operations and tech teams, helping operations build cases that drive product requirements while helping engineering prioritize what moves the needle. She leverages Python scripts, workflow automation, and AI tools to accelerate her work.
Rashmi holds an MBA from Wharton (Joseph H. Wharton Fellowship) and began as an electrical engineer at Schlumberger. Based in Chicago, she practices Stoicism (helpful for toddler parenting and transformations). Open to 60% travel.
