Ramon is a global transformation and value-creation executive with 15+ years of experience across the Middle East, Europe, Asia, and the US. An INSEAD MBA and former BCG consultant, he has led complex turnarounds, large-scale integration efforts, and operational transformations for private equity sponsors, sovereign wealth funds, and multinational companies.
Most recently a Managing Director at Ankura, Ramon helped build the transformation and performance improvement practice in the Middle East, delivering over USD 2M in first-year revenue and spearheading strategy and EBITDA-uplift programs. At ADQ, he served as Portfolio Manager and Interim Head of Transformation, driving performance improvement initiatives for multi-billion-dollar assets, while also holding board roles at two financial services organizations.
Earlier, Ramon was a Director at Alvarez & Marsal, leading turnaround and value-creation initiatives that delivered 15–25% EBITDA improvements. His career also includes operational leadership as a plant manager in Malaysia—where he scaled production 10x—and entrepreneurial experience as founder of a healthcare start-up in Spain.
He combines deep analytical rigor with hands-on operating experience, bringing a pragmatic, results-focused approach to driving sustainable value in complex environments.
