Ralf is a senior consultant, agile coach, and founder of Altus, a boutique consulting firm that helps organizations in Latin America transform how they lead projects, manage change, and develop their people. With over 25 years of experience—including 10 years in regional IT leadership roles at McKinsey & Company—Ralf has supported clients in sectors such as energy, telecom, finance, education, and government. He has led strategic projects for companies like Ecopetrol, Tigo/Millicom, Gallagher, and Summum Projects, helping them implement OKRs, digital transformation initiatives, and performance management models.
Ralf’s approach blends structure and creativity, integrating agile methods, LEGO® Serious Play®, and experiential learning to co-create innovative, results-driven solutions. He is PMP® and Scrum Master Certified, with an MBA and ongoing Digital MBA studies in the UK.
