Rachel is a growth investor and strategy & finance leader for companies and governmental institutions. As an early stage investor, Rachel advised founders and served on boards, helping companies scale from Series A to exit. Prior to investing, Rachel was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, where she worked across public and private sectors in strategy and transformation projects. She has covered many sectors, including government, fintech, and energy. Rachel started her career at the International Monetary Fund, advising countries post-financial crisis. She is a published author and expert in growth & venture capital, impact investing, and fiscal transparency.
Rachel earned her MBA from Chicago Booth and BA from Yale. She is currently based in Washington D.C. but is open to projects globally — with work experience across multiple continents.
