Pedro has 15+ years of experience in strategy consulting. Since 2021, he has run an independent practice supporting Private Equity firms, Consulting Firms, Corporates, and SMEs in Commercial Due Diligence, Corporate Strategy, and Market Entry assignments.
His expertise spans a wide range of industries, including Industrials, Software, Energy Transition (EV charging, biofuels, hydrogen), Water & Waste, Construction, Resources, Professional Services, and more. Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, he has delivered projects across the globe with teams in multiple time zones.
Previously, Pedro was a Principal at EY-Parthenon (Lisbon), leading Commercial Due Diligence engagements, a Manager at Bain (Madrid), and a Corporate Strategy Manager at Cummins (USA).
Based in Lisbon, Portugal, Pedro enjoys playing piano and guitar and reading about history and economics.
