Pedro is a strategy & operations and transformation leader – former McKinsey consultant who focuses on strategy, operating model design, M&A integration and transformations. Prior to McKinsey, he held roles at Deloitte and in startups.
Pedro holds an MBA from Rice and a MS in Business Analytics from the University of Miami.
He has particular expertise in large transformations, M&A integrations, ERP PMO and portfolio optimization. Outside of work, he enjoys art, language learning, and mentoring.
Pedro is happy to collaborate on integration, operating model, and change leadership projects.
