Paige earned her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and is Lean Sigma Green and Black Belt certified. At Chevron North America Exploration & Production, she managed large-scale capital projects, delivering significant cost savings through Lean Sigma initiatives, boosting daily production, and achieving annual OPEX savings through strategic divestment planning.
At McKinsey & Company, Paige worked with senior executives to optimize costs and capital investments, introducing tools that streamlined operations and improved efficiency. Currently, as a Strategic Advisor at PS4 Holdings, she leverages expertise in operations and market analysis to support clients in optimizing OPEX and capital budgets, driving higher returns.
