Since working as a consultant at Bain & Company, she has served as a PE operating executive, where she focused on customer experience transformation, revenue operations professionalization, and process and operations optimization.
Oyinda has also worked as a Chief of Staff at a fintech company, where she managed the companies strategic priorities, led cross-functional teams to enhance productivity, and implement solutions to address operational challenges.
Today, she offers independent consulting services to PE firms/ PE-backed companies and fractional leadership support for Chief of Staff and COO roles, working with companies to accelerate growth and unlock operational efficiencies.
