Olivia also brings deep expertise from her 7+ years at McKinsey, where she guided teams through complex digital transformations and growth strategies.
Now running her own consulting firm, Olivia partners with organizations to unlock innovation, drive digital transformation, and accelerate growth. She is passionate about leveraging technology and AI to streamline operations, enhance customer experiences, and create new revenue opportunities.
