Oliver is a former McKinsey (Expert) Associate Partner with more than ten years of experience and became an independent consultant in 2025. He specializes in preparing M&A integrations and transformations for complex deals across industries – from large multinational mergers to targeted carve-outs – to ensure business continuity and maximize value creation from Day 1.
Oliver is known for his rigorous, detail-oriented approach and his ability to navigate organizational complexity through strong senior-executive collaboration.
He holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Cambridge and lives in Berlin. When not working, he enjoys travelling, running, and skiing.
