OJ Kerr worked at Bain & Company for close to 10 years before launching Ki Leaders Coaching & Advisory which focuses on supporting leaders with their professional growth. At Bain, she advised senior executive clients in financial services, private equity and telecommunications on talent strategy, CEO succession, and on their individual professional development goals. Working closely with Bain’s Chief Talent Officer, OJ also lead the development of Bain’s internal recruiting and career mobility function.
Prior to Bain, OJ spent close to 10 years in executive search in both Toronto and London. OJ received her coach training from the Co-Active Training Institute. She is also certified in a number of psychometric and 360 tools including Hogan Assessments and Leadership Circle Profile.
OJ is recognized as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is an affiliate member of the Institute of Coaching at McLean, a Harvard Medical School affiliate that ensures scientific integrity in the field of coaching.
