Nezar has 15+ years of TMT experience advising CxOs and PE firms on digital investments. He was a consultant at Kearney (Middle East) and BCG (London) and served as Senior Manager of Corporate Development at Deutsche Telekom Group (Germany), specializing in digital business models and transformation.
As an independent consultant, he has supported investment directors at leading PE firms and institutional investors across Europe and the Middle East, conducting due diligence projects on B2B SaaS, high-tech, and biotech sectors.
Beyond his passion for technology, Nezar enjoys competing in sailing regattas in Scotland and the British Solent.
