Neil is a hands-on data and analytics leader and the Founder of Balsam Data Strategies, a consultancy focused on private equity portfolio value creation. His practice specializes in executing end-to-end modern data stack implementations, driving strategic insights and analysis, and implementing modern AI tooling.
With over 10 years of experience, Neil partners with C-suite and private equity stakeholders to translate complex business needs into actionable data strategies. Prior to his consultancy, he built and scaled data and analytics organizations as Head of Data & Analytics at fintech startups Rho and Beyond Finance. He was also a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG).
