Neha Patadia is a healthcare and AI strategy consultant specializing in enterprise growth strategy and complex deal-making. Neha began their career at McKinsey, advising hospitals and payors on transformation and growth, and helped build the firm’s analytics practice.
After McKinsey, she launched new products and partnerships at health tech startups, turning strategy into execution. Most recently at Premera Blue Cross, Neha led high-value employer partnerships and broker relationships, negotiating contracts that aligned cost, quality, and innovation.
Today, Neha helps payors, employers, and health tech founders tackle go-to-market strategy and enterprise sales, building repeatable revenue motions that close complex deals and unlock sustainable growth.
