He spent seven years as an engineer at American Airlines, leading structural and interiors workstreams on fleet-wide retrofit programs before adding the strategy toolkit at Chicago Booth and BCG, where his work spanned industrials, defense, and private equity, including $5M+ in MRO synergies identified on a single synergy diligence.
He brings a rare combination: a consultant who has validated modifications on a hangar floor, not just modeled them. Milton holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and is based in Denver.
