Melike is an independent consultant based in Munich, Germany. She previously served as a Junior Engagement Manager and Senior Associate at McKinsey & Company and most recently worked in value creation at an impact-focused PE fund. She has led strategy and commercial due diligence projects across life sciences, healthcare, consumer, mobility, and industrial sectors, supporting growth companies, investors, and corporates on market assessments, GTM strategy, business model evaluation, and performance improvement initiatives and more.
Melike is known for her structured problem solving, strong client handling, and ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on analytical execution. She has deep experience in commercial analysis, market modeling, and evaluating complex business models, and is particularly effective in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments where clarity and momentum are critical.
Originally based in Munich and working across Europe, she also embraces a digital nomad lifestyle and is happiest when close to the sea. Outside of work, she is a passionate dancer and surfer.
