Mariana is an operations and implementation consultant with over a decade of experience leading complex infrastructure and organizational transformation projects across the public and private. Most recently at McKinsey & Company in Los Angeles, she worked with senior executives on large-scale capital programs exceeding $15B, driving schedule recovery, performance improvement, and cross-functional alignment through structured problem-solving and stakeholder workshops.
Before McKinsey, Mariana managed waterfront and marine construction projects at Trevcon Construction in New York and led civil engineering design efforts at STE Engineering in Brazil. She holds a Civil Engineering degree and certifications in Lean Yellow Belt and OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety.
Now based in Metro Atlanta, Mariana focuses on helping mission-driven organizations improve operations, optimize delivery systems, and strengthen community impact. She brings a unique blend of technical expertise, operational rigor, and a deep passion for projects that make a difference.
