Pragmatic executive with solid leadership experience. Skilled at driving growth, shaping and executing strategic business plans, go-to-market strategies and operational improvements. Strong background in financial management, fundraising and investor relations. Collaborative leader dedicated to building high-performing, motivated teams.
Currently passionate about AI and vibe coding, with a strong interest in leveraging emerging technologies to drive growth, automate processes as well as build and iterate on new products quickly. Hands-on practitioner with multiple production-grade implementations delivered. Maciej’s current main focus is being an angel investor in pre-seed round startups, offering 50-100k USD tickets.
