“I spent over four years at McKinsey & Company, working across Latin America on strategy, operations, and AI/GenAI transformations. Most recently, I designed and led a GenAI Center of Excellence for a major Stock Exchange, defining use-case roadmaps, talent models, and capability-building programs. I also supported a large telecom operator in shaping its AI ambition and identifying over BRL 2B in EBITDA opportunities.
Earlier at McKinsey, I delivered digital go-to-market strategies in banking, optimized offshore O&G operations, and coordinated commercial growth initiatives across more than 10 countries in the Caribbean telecom sector.
Before returning to McKinsey as an Associate, I worked in venture capital at Solar Eco Fund, leading seed-stage crypto deals and supporting portfolio founders on strategy and product decisions. I also coordinated digital operations at YDUQS, redesigning processes for a 350k-student business unit.
I hold an MBA from IESE Business School and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from FGV-Rio. I am fluent in English and Portuguese and conversational in Spanish. Based in Rio de Janeiro, I’m open to collaborations on AI, digital transformation, and strategy projects.”
